Stellar IX (with Sora Ishikawa Signed Card)
C3yoyodesign - Stellar IX
Stellar IX is 2018 / 2023 5A World Champion, Sora Ishikawa's signature model.
The "Innovation eXtreme" IX is an oversized, ultra-wide yo-yo for string tricks with a unique and distinctive character, and is a version with a machined polycarbonate body. It is the signature model of the 2018 / 2023 5A World Champion Sora Ishikawa, who actually won the 5A division at the 2023 World Yo-Yo Contest using this model.
Compared to the original version, the diameter is approximately 2 mm smaller and the width is 0.3 mm smaller. The weight of the rim has been increased and the position of the rim has been shifted outward a little, resulting in a power-oriented feeling of weight, despite the fact that the weight is almost the same.
Ishikawa himself has also expressed his own impressions, saying, "The benefit of the increased rim weight distribution is especially great, and the rotational power has increased to the point that it reminds me of bimetal. In addition, the lowered edges have further reduced the three-pronged force, which is also a significant improvement in strength.
The strength of the yo-yo has also been greatly improved, making it a more reliable yo-yo with a higher degree of perfection. Its prominent body is ideal for performance, and its stage appeal at 1A and 5A is also a major attraction of this yo-yo.
*Axel length (14mm → 12mm), weight, and weight distribution between body and rim have been adjusted from October 2024 .
*Yellow / Blue rims are from an old lot. Old-type spacers are initially installed. New-type spacers are included separately.
Accessories
Two spacers (black), the same as those used in the initial version, are included.
Please use them as spares in case of loss or damage.
