From the Czech Republic, the Statement is Tony Ã…Â ec's signature bimetal model.
Tony won the Slovakia Open's 1A division, as well as his homeland's TYC contest. He even came to Japan in 2018 for the 44CLASH event, representing beautifully for the Euro scene. The Statement is his new signature model.
On the wide side with a beautiful midship weight, the Statement comes in as a middle-sized throw with a diameter of 54mm and a width over 46mm, it has a shape that really feels like it opens up to the sides, ready to eat your strings. The profile has a very subtle inverse round shape, like a gentle S-shape emanating from the middle of the profile. The midship weight gives a great sleep of course, and the playfeel is like a soft handshake that still has great stability and loads of spin.
This model made a real statement by raising expectations long before the proper release with a promo video that showcased a prototype. Over the next 9 months, SF and Tony hammered out the details and polished the final product to make sure that the Statement lived up to its hype.
Comes with a set of Rewind slim size (pro) soft/green response pads, which Tony himself actually uses.
