‌REWIND - Sakura Stream PRO (Mii Special)

Let's celebrate Hiro! This special edition Sakura Stream was made in honor of REWIND CEO, Hironori Mii.

The Sakura Stream is a special collaboration model, designed by REWIND team members and produced locally in Iwakura, Japan, by Kurimoto.

Originally it was designed to be a beginner model, but it can be upgraded to a decent bind-response model by swapping out the pads and bearing.

Hiro loves the Sakura Stream and often carries it around, so this version was made as a luxury upgrade in honor of his upcoming birthday!

• First, the axle has been upgraded to a titanium one. Originally a stainless steel bolt+nut construction, this upgrade shaves a whole 1.5 grams from the yo-yo's center, creating a huge power boost.
• Then the bearing was swapped for a non-brand concave one. Although there are more expensive options available, this choice was made for the best balance of performance and feeling.
• The Pads are REWIND Japan Pads (standard), giving a great balance of responsiveness and smooth action.
• The string included is the K-String normal green string. Although the new trends favor fatter strings, the Sakura Stream has a narrow gap that pairs well with a thinner string.
• And the side caps are the special Green REWIND caps, signed and numbered by Hiro himself!

All of these upgrades were made at Hiro's request, to give the ultimate power-up for one of his favorite yo-yos. You'll be surprised at how much these changes can change and improve the already excellent and affordable Sakura Stream.

*Because the axle nut can get fixed in place if it ends up out of its seat, sometimes it may be difficult the tear down and reassemble the yo-yo. We recommend carefully assembling so the nut stays in the inside of the body.
