The signature model of Shion Araya, 1A World Champion of 2016 and 2017, gets a refresh in 7068 aluminum alloy.
As the signature model for 2016-17 1A World Champion Shion Araya, the Radius quickly made a name for itself as C3's newest high end throw, and now has become even more powerful with a material upgrade to 7068 aluminum. This makes the third signature model released for Shion.
Among the improvements thanks to the new body material is the increased durability of the body and the ability to shave off more weight from the center of the body, effectively acting as a power-up over the Radius Nexus, whose body served as the basis for this model.

To make the Radius 7068, we took the Radius Nexus and shaved down the side face to reduce the weight around the axis; if we had just made the Radius Nexus out of 7068 alloy it would have been too heavy--in which case, what's the point?--so we modified the body to deliver the right playfeel. The result gives you plenty of power from throw to catch.
We're using JP pads and new concave bearings to maximize performance right out of the box. Please give it a try!
