CLYW's flagship mid-sized Puffin gets a design update, now with even more spin!
They've added a little bit to every aspect of the original Puffin. Running contrary to the upgrades between the Wooly Marmot 1 and 2, the Puffin 2's specs got bumped slightly from its predecessor, and although those changes are small, they make a big difference. The only thing that was left alone was the yo-yo's weight.
The bump on the hub area has been put to good use with the Puffin 2, and all of the angles of the inner sides have been tweaked to maximize performance and keep the string away from the body. The original Puffin already spun generously with minimal effort, but these tweaks have pulled out those features and made the Puffin 2 even more ferocious.
Solid colors come with a CLYW logo Button Badge.
Splash / Acid wash colors come with a Michael Kurti sticker.
