Machined polycarbonate round-shaped model.
A high-precision machined polycarbonate plastic model has been released by Atmos Projects. It is positioned as an updated version of "Snowberry," a machined POM model previously released by Atmos Projects.
The characteristically light and agile feel of polycarbonate, beyond what its appearance suggests, is beautifully realized. With a large diameter and width, and a weight of approximately 68.5g, it gives the impression of considerable volume, but the actual feel is quite light with nimble handling.
Notable changes from the Snowberry include the removal of the large bump and a significant increase in rim thickness. The concentration of weight in the rim provides powerful spin. The nearly pure round shape fits very comfortably in the hand, and the impact on the catch is extremely gentle.
