After seven years, the MVP gets a refresh!
The MVP was one of Paul Kerbel's favorite throws. The Mexican 1A champion liked it so much, he used the MVP as the base model for his signature Horizon model. Now, seven years after making waves in the scene, the MVP gets a fresh lease on life.
Framed as the original MVP, the biggest difference is probably the super-rounded rim, which even goes into a slight undercut on the inside profile. This dense rim gives a lot of power to the MVP, and gives it a dreamy, soft catch. The new version softens the extreme tapers in the original design, which also gives it a friendlier playfeel. It just fits so well in the hand!
Despite being wider than the original, at 45mm, it's also a full 3 grams lighter. The design means that no power is lost with that diet; the MVP still spins with the best, and handle speedy acrobatic moves like a pro.
