This monometal yo-yo is based on the Quercus, using a rare and ultra durable aluminum alloy called ANB79.
Magnolia is a revival model of the Quercus, with a body material upgrade. At 43mm wide, it's on the narrow side for the current trends. Under the hood, a little bit of material has been removed thanks to the use of the extra-tough ANB79 aluminum body. This shifts the weight distribution to give the Magnolia a noticeable power-up.
Despite shaving off some material, the Magnolia still weighs in heavier than the Quercus, thanks to the material change. Magnolia will spin endlessly, and stay true until the very end. Highly recommended for hard practice and the contest stage.

The Magnolia is an upgraded new monometal version of the Quercus. We decided to use an extra durable aluminum alloy called ANB79 to make this yo-yo. Because of this change, there's some more weight to the Magnolia, and it performs even better for long combos.
We got a lot of feedback from Shigehiro Yamada, who mainly throws the Quercus, to make our improvements. We've included his favorite Wood Design Io string, which he uses on the contest stage.
From 2021 we've also updated our pad sizing to make Hydrangea yo-yos compatible with a wider variety of response options.
