The unique look of the H-profile makes this bimetal yoyo eye-catching. Its weight balance and feel are similar to the Edge, although the width is considerably wider at 49mm, and the core is thicker, giving it an outstanding sense of stability.
From its looks it's hard to imagine its playfeel, the actual weight is more in line with the modern average throw, which means it throws surprisingly easily and makes it easy to play at high speeds without tiring you out. It is hard to imagine from the looks of this model that it can be used for so many styles, and this unexpected "versatility" may be the greatest feature of the IQ.

Sometimes it's best to start with a blank canvas. We have SO MUCH design heritage to draw on to produce something new, but still VERY YoYoFactory. We started a project to create a YoYo not tightly aligned with a single player, which competitors could use and potentially get their own player editions in the future. IQ is made for the clever player who can identify current trends and the requirements expected of a competitive player by the judges. It is flashy and ultimately a 100% performer. It doesn't just play. It outplays.
