Named for the famous sengoku-era ninja, Hattori Hanzo, the Hattori is a bimetal yo-yo you can actually look through as it spins! This kind of design, with actual holes cut in the sides of the yo-yo, is super rare AND quite difficult to pull off. But the negative space made by the holes isn't merely for show, it has a diabolical purpose to it! Cutting the pattern out of the side is even more effective at removing weight than slimming down the thickness of the sides. Combined with the stainless steel rims, Hattori exquisitely balances stability and power during play. You really do need to feel it for yourself!
