Fireball (Hyper Yo-Yo)

Hyper Yo-Yo - Fireball
The classic yo-yo with a Trans-Axle—then and now.

Important notes

  • This product is sold for collection purposes only. It is not sold for play use.
  • Production has ended; this is dead stock manufactured more than 20 years ago.
  • Items may show small cracks, sun fading or damage to the packaging, or rust on parts.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the yo-yo cannot be disassembled, is cracked, or the logo is worn.
  • Some units were opened once for photography and then repackaged.

Because this is dead stock / outlet merchandise, please purchase only if you understand that everything above is part of the product condition. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available. If this is your first yo-yo or you are not very familiar with yo-yos, we recommend choosing a beginner-friendly model instead.

Among the Hyper Yo-Yo lineup in 1997, the Fireball was arguably the most famous. As an advanced mod, if you swap the axle for the separately sold Brown Axle, you can fit Yomega small-diameter ball bearing spacers—the same setup as the Raider.

*In 1997 it was marketed for looping tricks / intermediate players, but by today’s standards it is not suitable for looping tricks. Fireballs used by top players have undergone major modifications (including delrin spacer setups). If you are looking for a looping model, please see our recommended looping yo-yos.
