Cloudberry OS
Atmos Projects - Cloudberry OS
A model returning to the origins of Atmos Projects.
The Cloudberry, Atmos Projects' debut work that defined the brand's direction and served as its origin point, has been remastered after five years. OS stands for "Original Series," representing a model that reconstructs the design philosophy of that time using modern technology and knowledge.
The most significant difference lies in the removal of the step around the response area used in the original, evolving into a purer, smoother round shape. By suppressing the diameter while widening the body, it achieves a pottery-like roundness and a comfortable fit that seems to stick to your hand. Visual elements of an H-profile have been stripped away, further enhancing its beauty and functionality as a round shape.
The body, adopting 6061 aluminum, is set to 65.8g, an increase of approximately 1.4g compared to the previous model, yet the actual feeling is surprisingly light. As the manufacturer describes it as "equivalent to a 63-64g model," there is extremely little resistance when moving, coexisting with a fluffy floating sensation and nimble control. With the revised weight distribution, a solid spinning power resides within the soft feeling, pursuing comfort at the moment of the throw.
This model is designed prioritizing the feel and experience of moving the yo-yo, rather than just pursuing specs by the numbers, or competitive performance. It is a piece overflowing with charm and texture as a tool, making you want to pick it up unconsciously in your daily life.
