The second signature model of Yuta Kashiwaya, the winner of the 1A division at the 2020 Japan National Championships.
This is the second version of 2020 JN champion Yuta Kashiwaya's signature model. This is a tri-material model with aluminum alloy body, stainless steel inner rim, and titanium outer rim, developed based on his first signature model "MSG".
The weight, shape and size are almost the same as "MSG", and the outline and each value are similar. However, since the weight balance is fundamentally different, the concept is completely different. To put it simply, "MSG" emphasizes spinning power, while "ASTer" emphasizes maneuverability, even though they are both super heavy yo-yos weighing 70g.
The greatest feature of this yo-yo is that it can accelerate and decelerate so freely that it is hard to believe that it is a super heavy model. The titanium rim provides such straightforward operability that Yuta Kashiwaya himself said, "I even thought it was light," and we want everyone to experience it, regardless of their preferences for yo-yo weight.
Despite the weight, the ease of handling is so great, it can be said that this work is more suitable for everyone than "MSG". This is a standout model in the heavyweight class, made possible by Turning Point's great attention to detail.
