Antipodal Point
C3yoyodesign x Hspin - Antipodal Point
A collaboration model with Swiss yo-yo brand Hspin.
This is a collaboration model between C3yoyodesign and Hspin, the Swiss yo-yo brand that is said to be a pioneer of the full-metal yo-yo boom. Although Hspin has already ended its large-scale activities as a manufacturer, it is still a brand with a strong base of long-time fans as a brand that created an era.
The base model is the Antipodes, a signature model of Hadrien Bennaceur, who designed many of Hspin's famous yo-yos and himself has won the French championship four times.
Like the original Antipodes, the diameter is on the smaller side among mid-sized yo-yos, but the width is well-secured. Combined with its high operability, it boasts high suitability for tricks that weave through small gaps. While light, it has solid stability and moves pleasantly even at high speeds. The plastic ring on the outermost circumference enhances its lightness, resulting in a yo-yo that has cut stress during play to the absolute minimum.
It adopts the size D bearing, which was once used by Hspin and was referred to as the "Hspin size" at that time, becoming synonymous with the brand. Even in the modern era where size C bearings flourish, the torque of the smaller diameter and the unique appeal of the size D design continue to capture the hearts of many fans.
Please note: The initially installed bearings are not made of stainless steel. Minor rusting may occur due to humidity. Please remove the string when not in use and store in a dry place.
