99 Dragons
YoYoFactory - 99 Dragons
A Full Cover Stack model that has acquired even greater spin power through a bimetal design.
YoYoFactory's ambitious "Nine Dragons" has evolved exponentially into the "99 Dragons" by adopting a bimetal structure. While retaining the "Full Cover Stack" that envelops the entire body, it features metal rims on the outer periphery, achieving spin power and stability that far surpass the previous model.
Its greatest feature, the Full Cover Stack, allows you to grab the spinning yo-yo directly, offering a play experience that defies conventional concepts. Typically, this mechanism can cause issues with sleep loss due to structural friction; however, this new model resolves this by increasing the weight and moving it to the rims to generate powerful torque. As a result, the spin is less likely to stop even when holding the stacks, enabling longer and more complex manipulations.
This overwhelming power proves its true value in various tricks performed while holding the yo-yo, as well as in the development of new tricks born from free thinking. This model is dedicated to players seeking a completely new way to enjoy yo-yos, unbound by existing styles.
Important Notes
As this model has a complex structure, it is intended for advanced players who are familiar with yo-yo structure and handling.
Please be aware of the following:
- When disassembling, press the body firmly from both sides with your palms to prevent the shells from spinning freely, and then unscrew it.
- It makes a loud noise during rotation; this is a specification of the structure.
- It tends to have stronger vibration (vibe) compared to general single-structure models.
- If you grip the stacks too tightly, the rotation will stop.
- When disassembled, the spacers may become stuck to the bearing. If they are difficult to remove, please rock them side-to-side, similar to the method for removing a bearing.
